A HILARIOUS video has captured a Scottish gran’s astonishing, expletive-ridden reaction to a shampoo prank.
Irene Connell is washing her hair before a hairdresser’s appointment but a grandson secretly squirts shampoo into her hair.
The 72-year-old starts a foul-mouthed rant that would make a sailor blush, branding her grandson, among much else, a “f****** c***” and a “f****** halfwit”.
The prankster, Kieran Connell, posted the video to Twitter with the caption “Shampoo duty”.
The minute and a half long video begins with Irene, from Cardonald, Glasgow, bent over her kitchen sink washing her hair under the running tap.
As she washes her hair, Kieran, 22, sneakily picks up the shampoo lying on the counter beside her.
He then pours a large amount of shampoo over her head, but Irene immediately clicks on to the prank.
As the shampoo drips down from her head and onto her face, she shouts: “Kieran, wrap that up! I’m telling you, f****** b****** , f****** whole bottle of shampoo in my hair.”
The 72-year-old grabs the bottle of shampoo from the counter, and places it on the windowsill, out of her brazen grandson’s reach.
Irene keeps trying desperately to rinse the shampoo out of her hair, but it just keeps getting foamier.
Kieran can be heard laughing hysterically in the background, but Irene is not amused.
The footage then shows poor Irene rubbing her eyes, trying desperately to get shampoo out of them.
Irene then launches into a tirade at her grandson, she said: “My f****** eyes are nipping me mun, away you go!
“F****** halfwit so you are, what age are you?”
“You’re no right in the heid, get out my f****** face. Get out my road!”
Kieran laughing replies: “You’re whole head’s covered in soap.”
To which Irene said: “No wonder! F****** dinnae have the money to burn. F****** c***.”
She concludes: “C***, you’re not happy until you’re…Get tae f***.”
Kieran laughing as she grabs a pink towel to dry her face.
Kieran Connell, a plumber from Cardonald, Glasgow, said today (TUE): “My gran has a hairdresser that comes to the house every Friday, she was washing her hair for her coming. She always washes it in the sink.
“I knew I would get a good laugh out of it because, as you can tell, she loves swearing.
“That’s mild from her, I’ve got plenty more videos but she would kill me.”
Social media users were quick to comment on the hilarious video, and Irene’s wicked way with words.
