INCREDIBLE footage shows the moment an HGV driver catches up with and appears to throw away the keys of a motorist who dangerously overtook him.

A white and green artic HGV can be seen in the oncoming lane as the 4×4 squeezes inbetween the two lorries, just inches away from hitting both of them.

A vehicle’s horn can be heard as the the Toyota rejoins the correct lane, breaking heavily to avoid hitting the car ahead.

Both drivers are then seen getting out of the vehicles and the Toyota driver is seen marching towards the dash cam lorry.

However, the lorry driver walks straight past the 4×4 motorist and heads straight towards the drivers side and seems to pull the keys from the ignition.

As the Toyota driver follows him, the HGV driver appears to throw the keys down the street.

The two men can be heard arguing, with the Toyota driver understood to be saying “you f***ing d**k” and the lorry driver replying “this is going to the police mate.”

Commenting on the clip, Andy G wrote: “There’s not much to say about it really. It’s just the kind of driving we put up with on a daily basis.”
