Scotland pair Leigh Griffiths and James McArthur will walk a suspension tightrope in Saturday’s crucial World Cup qualifying clash with England.
Celtic striker Griffiths and Crystal Palace midfielder McArthur each have one booking to their names following the first five matches, and will incur an automatic one-game ban should they collect a second caution at Hampden.
Scotland travel to Lithuania in September for their next group match.
Newcastle United defender Hanley has also been booked but was omitted from the squad for the England clash due to injury.
