As Cardle warms up, his elbow accidentally catches Wee Jay, knocking his hat.
Wee Jay can be seen mouthing the work “ow” and then stares Cardle up and down as if he’s ready to go 12 rounds.
Wearing a bowler hat, suit, bow-tie and holding a large Celtic crest under his arm along with a toy dog, Wee Jay appeared as Cardle’s mascot for the bout.
Posting the clip on Twitter, user @Rwalsho tweeted: “Wee Jay out in the first”
Currently the clip has received over 4000 retweets and nearly 7300 likes on social media.
