CHRISTIAN NADE is targeting another treble after signing on for a second spell at Dumbarton.
The former Hearts and Raith Rovers man has penned a deal at The Rock until the end of the season after leaving Stranraer, where he scored two goals in 12 outings.
The 32-year-old is keen to rediscover the form which made him a cult hero with the Sons last term, including a memorable strike in a 3-2 win over Hibs and a hat-trick against Alloa.
Nade, in total, bagged seven goals during his first stint with Dumbarton and is determined to play a major part in their Championship survival for a second successive campaign.
The bustling Frenchman told Dumbarton’s official website: “It would be nice to score another hat-trick at some point!
“However, the most important thing is to help the team stay up. I am here to do my best for them.
“From what I have seen, the team has improved from last season and I am looking forward to being part of it.
“My fitness is not bad. I have been training with the team and feel I am ready to play against Morton on Saturday if everything is completed and I am selected.
“I will be trying to show them that it is not a bad move. I’ll certainly do my best to make my second spell as successful as my first.”
