Missing Scotland defender Andrew Robertson has returned to light training at Hull City after receiving treatment for a calf injury.
The former Dundee United and Queens Park left-back was ruled out for up to eight weeks after sustaining the knock in the Tigers’ 6-1 defeat to Bournemouth on October 15.
But the 22-year-old, who is absent from Friday’s crucial World Cup qualifier against England, appears to be making good progress after issuing an update on social media.
Alongside a picture of his football boots, the 12-times capped Robertson said: “Good to get out the physio room and get these (football boots) back on.
“Hopefully not long till I’m back training with the lads.”
