A FOUL-MOUTHED shopkeeper chases a crisp packet-stealing seagull out of his premises in a hilarious video.
The brazen bird waddles into Zaman Iqbal’s shop and tries to grab a packet of barbecue-flavoured crisps.
Zaman’s Aberdeen store has been targeted in the past by greedy seagulls and he can be seen in the video chasing the bird and yelling: “Motherf***** is at it again man. Oi.”
The gull eventually drops the bright orange packet and makes for the exit, almost hitting a female customer in the head as it flies out.
Mr Iqbal can be heard shouting: “Get out of my f****** shop.”
He is then seen apologising to customers both inside and outside of the newsagents for his outburst.
Iqbal and other staff at 24 Hour Sweet News in Aberdeen have been tormented by thieving seagulls for months.
Last year one shoplifting gull even managed to get away with a packet of salt and vinegar nuts last year.
Mr Iqbal, 24, said: “This one was after BBQ crisps. I actually didn’t know about it at first, I was behind the counter counting change and just heard some rattling.
“A customer said, ‘Yo, yo, yo’ and I could see the seagull pecking away at the packet. I hunted him down and as soon as he seen me, he ran off.
“The same thing happened last year. It could be the same one but I’m not sure as this one seemed slightly smaller.
“It was somebody else who was in that time so they threw something to try and get him to fly off but he just looked at my staff and made this shrieking noise.
“It was chased out but came back another time and got away with a pack of salt and vinegar peanuts.
“You expect to see humans when you hear things in the shop, not seagulls.”
The video has been viewed on Facebook over 25,000 times and received hundreds of comments from viewers.
Eisa Mohamed said: “Catch it, put a red tag on its leg man, this seagull got a personal matter with you Zaman.”
Shelly Vollmann wrote: “Aww. Should’ve just gave him the crisps after that stellar effort.”
While Jp Mclaughlin said: “Give the bird the crisps ya miserable b******.”
In 2007, another Aberdeen seagull shot to fame after a bemused shopkeeper at an RS McColl branch captured him trying to help himself to crisps.
The bird – nicknamed Sam – would wait for the door to open and wander in before making off with cheese Doritos.
At the time shop assistant Sriaram Nagarajan told a reporter: “Everyone is amazed by the seagull. For some reason he only takes that one particular kind of crisps.”
