Hibs pair Jason Cummings and John McGinn are in the running for the PFA Scotland Championship Player of the Year award.
They’re up against Rangers duo Lee Wallace and Martyn Waghorn for the prize after all four nominees were announced this afternoon in Glasgow.
Cummings scored his 24th goal of the season in Wednesday’s 3-2 win over Rangers, a game that saw the impressive McGinn make his 44th club appearance of the season.
McGinn’s performances at domestic level also brought international recognition after he picked up the man of the match award on his Scotland debut in last month’s friendly win over Denmark.
Dunfermline pair Joe Cardle and Faissal El Bakhtaoui are in the running for the League One award alongside Peterhead’s Rory McAllister and Greig Spence of Cowdenbeath.
After helping East Fife clinch the League Two title, Nathan Austin and Kyle Wilkie have been nominated for their division’s prize, as have Arbroath’s Bobby Linn and Peter Weatherson of Annan.
The winners will be announced at the PFA Scotland awards dinner next Sunday.
