Promotion chasing East Fife have handed new contracts to key duo Scott Mercer and Pat Slattery.
Former Dunfermline full-back Mercer has made 29 appearances for the League Two high-flyers, scoring once and cutting a composed figure at the back for the Fifers.
Former Queen of the South man Slattery has been a mainstay in midfield following his arrival from Queen’s Park last summer.
Both players have penned new deals until the summer of 2017 as player-manager Gary Naysmith already begins to plan for next season.
East Fife have lost just one of their last eight league fixtures and find themselves two points behind Elgin City at the summit of League Two.
