Alloa have boosted their survival hopes by snapping up former Rangers youngster Ryan Finnie following his departure from Annan Athletic.
The 20-year-old made 18 appearances for the Galabank outfit this season, including a fine display in their stunning 4-1 win over Hamilton in the Scottish Cup.
However, he left the League Two side last month to pursue interest from the Clackmannanshire club.
Despite his tender years, Finnie has already been on the books of Hamilton, Rangers and Patrick Thistle, as well as enjoying a successful loan spell with Dumbarton in 2012.
Wasps boss Jack Ross worked with the Finnie during his stint as assistant manager at the Sons and is known to be an admirer of the promising full-back.
