Former Dundee United full-back Barry Douglas has left Lech Poznan to join Turkish club Torku Konyaspor in a reported £250,000 move.
The 26-year-old has signed an initial two-and-a-half year deal with the option of a further 12 months.
Douglas admitted he wanted a new challenge after helping Lech clinch a seventh top-fight title in Poland last season.
The Glasgow-born player had been with Lech for two-and-a-half years after departing Tannadice in summer 2013.
Douglas said: “I’m very excited, very happy. I have opened a new chapter in my career and I hope to contribute to the club’s success.
“The process took some time but now I’m here I want to enjoy it.
“I cannot wait to see the stadium up close on match day.
“There is a target to reach the Europa League and in this regard I will do the best I can.”
