Morton have sealed a loan extension to retain the services of Rangers defender Luca Gasparotto for the rest of the season.
The 20-year-old moved to Cappielow in August and has impressed in 15 appearances for Rangers’ Championship rivals.
The Canada under-23 cap, who spent last season on loan at Airdrie, has helped Morton to the best defensive record outside Rangers, Falkirk and Hibernian and is thrilled to have reached agreement to remain with Jim Duffy’s side.
Gasparotto said on Twitter: “Papers signed, delighted to be staying on loan at Morton until the end of the season. Really enjoying playing and getting experience.”
