Hearts and Dundee are the opposition for Everton after the English Premier League outfit announced they are heading north of the border to prepare for the new campaign.
After returning from a trip to Singapore, the Toffees, who have Scotland internationalist Steven Naismith in their squad, take on Scottish Premiership newcomers Hearts on Saturday, July 25 at Tynecastle before travelling to Dens Park three days later.
The visit of Roberto Martinez’s side will be Hearts’ only home pre-season match.
Head coach Robbie Neilson takes his side to Dublin tomorrow to face games against Bohemians and Shelbourne.
Hearts will also travel to Raith Rovers, Dumbarton, Stirling Albion, Cowdenbeath and Preston North End during a busy pre-season schedule.
