Former Scotland Under-21 internationalist Tom Cairney has left Blackburn Rovers to join Fulham on a four-year deal.
Rovers have received an undisclosed fee for the midfielder and Cairney has the option of a further 12-months when his initial contract expires.
Cairney, who has six Under-21 caps after qualifying to play for Scotland through his dad, moved to Blackburn on loan from Hull City before making the switch permanent last summer.
The playmaker made a total of 85 appearances for the Championship club.
Cairney said: “I’m delighted. Fulham is a very attractive club to come to.
“For most of my life, Fulham have been a Premier League club and have only been out of it for a year.
“Every player wants to play in the Premier League and if I can do that with Fulham that would be fantastic.”
