Better Caul Saul star spotted on train to Highlands

THE world’s dodgiest fictional lawyer has been spotted heading for the Scottish highlands.

Breaking Bad’s Saul Goodman, aka actor and comedian Bob Odenkirk, was snapped on the train between Glasgow and Mallaig on Wednesday by fan Arnie Turnbull.

The legendary lawyer explained to Mr Turnbull, 31, that he was preparing to take on the 96 mile West Highland Way, which runs from Fort William to north of Glasgow, with his daughter.

Mr Turnbull, a chef in Mallaig said: “On the train to my new job in mallaig and guess who I am sitting next to? Saul from breaking bad.

“I was the only one on the train who recognised him.

“I approached him and he was very friendly, a really top guy.

“He said he was in Scotland for four days before heading back to the USA to film another show, while his daughter goes to attend summer camp.”

“I couldn’t believe it. He is a legend.”

The popularity of Saul Goodman’s character inspired a spin-off series, “Better Call Saul”, which aired for the first time earlier this year.
