DEADLINE News pictures appeared across the national press after a drive from an external PR agency in partnership with our staff photographer.
Deadline photographer Wullie Marr was commissioned to cover a promotional event commissioned by Princes Square in which Fairy Godmothers magically appeared at five different locations across their sites.
The event was organised by the Glasgow shopping centre in conjunction with the release of the new live-action Cinderella film.
The Godmothers gave shoppers a chance to win a bundle of prizes if they correctly guessed the answer to their Cinderella-themed questions.
The overall winner took home a sparkling pair of Kurt Geiger shoes – similar to those worn by Cinderella actress Lily James at the film’s Hollywood premiere.
For younger children and toddlers the Godmothers hosted a number of Bookbug reading sessions in association with the Scottish Book Trust, resplendent with sparkling cupcakes.
With over 35 years of professional experience, Wullie Marr was commissioned to produce a set of pictures for use across print media, corporate brochures and social media.
Supported by our striking images, the story appeared in The Daily Record, The Evening Times, i-On Online, STV Glasgow and What’s On Glasgow.
