SCOTS DJ Calvin Harris is number one – in the land of Borat.
Harris tweeted that his latest single, Slow Acid, was top of the charts in Kazakhstan.
The same post revealed the track was no. 2 in Argentina, Taiwan and Vietnam and no.3 in Chile and Mongolia.
Brian Williams posted: “Hail to the glorious Kazakhstan.”
Another, Brendan Eugenius said: “Borat is jammminnnnnnn.”
The oil-rich former Soviet republic is the “home” of fictional TV reporter Borat, the comic creation of Sacha Baron Cohen.
It was recently revealed that the millionaire musician has made over £7m in royalties after becoming the first British artist to get more than one billion streams on music platform Spotify.
The world famous DJ made £43m last year, making Harris the world’s top earning DJ.
His 2012 collection 18 Months was the first album in history to have nine top 10 UK singles.
Cold Acid track will appear on Harris’ upcoming album Motion which is due out on November 4.
