Two men in a plane careered off Fife airfield runway early this afternoon. The small light aircraft fell off the 700 metre asphalt landing strip at 1.45pm. One of the men, 55, was unhurt but a 76 year old received minor injuries. The scene was attended by the airports own fire and rescue service and the emergency services.
Fife airport has recently been the focus of air safety with windfarm plans in surrounding land.
