STAFF at Dogs Trust West Calder has launched an urgent appeal to find a home for a very special four legged resident. Jovi, a gorgeous three year-old Staffordshire Bull Terrier, hasn’t settled in to kennel life and can’t stop chasing his tail. His tail is now continually bandaged when he is left unsupervised to stop him damaging it.
Susan Tonner, Dogs Trust West Calder Centre Manager, explains:
“Jovi is a sweet, affectionate softie who adores human company and cannot get enough cuddles! He is a sensitive boy and we think his habit developed because he loves to be with people so much that he gets bored and stressed when left alone.
He would love nothing better than a new home where he can enjoy plenty of long walks and curling up on the sofa with a new best friend. He is looking for a quiet, adult home where he can enjoy unlimited tummy rubs from a new owner who has time to help him settle in and give him all the love he deserves.”
