SCOTLAND’S biggest milk supplier is in takeover talks with a German-owner dairy company.
East-Kilbride based Robert Wiseman Diaries could be bought by Muller Dairy, it has emerged.
The company confirmed it is talks with yogurt-maker Muller Dairy UK, who has until February 10 to confirm its intentions.
The company, which is responsible for around 30% of fresh milk sold in the UK, is currently valued at 225m.
