Edinburgh firm accommodates new rural office

The firm has opened its second office

ACCOMMODATE, one of Edinburgh’s most successful letting agencies, has expanded by opening a second office.

Accommodate Rural is based in Peebles and managed by the agency’s founder and managing director, Sandy Grant.

The firm has grown substantially since it opened in 2008, now employing a team of four. The agency’s turnover has also been growing and has increased by 60% in the last 18 months alone.

Mr Grant said: “The main reason for the growth of the business is that we offer a high quality service, appreciated by the many landlords who appoint us to let and manage their properties.  We receive very positive feedback from tenants too.

“We take exceptionally good care of the many properties we let and manage – currently more than 300 throughoutEdinburgh.  The main source of business for us is recommendations.”

Accommodate has plans to expand further, as Mr. Grant explains:  “We saw a gap in the market in the Borders, for a high quality rental service and are very encouraged by the response to date.  We’re already receiving a steady stream of enquiries.”

He added: “We’re also investigating the possibility of expanding into other areas of Scotland over the next few years.”
