Cancer charity raffles art for funds

The £1500 artwork has been donated by Moy Mackay

A CANCER survivor is to launch a £60,000 art show in aid of  Macmillan Cancer Support.

Mhairi Fisher, 32, been instrumental in organising the nine-day show at Edinburgh’s Dovecot Studios.

She has been volunteering for the charity since being diagnosed with breast cancer, and even worked while receiving treatment.

The show also features the bright artwork “Highland Dream” worth £1500, which has been donated as a raffle prize by artist Moy Mackay.
