TV PRESENTER Jenni Falconer has given birth to a baby girl.
The 35-year-old has named the new arrival Ella Rose.
The baby had been due on September 15 and was finally born this morning (wed) weighing 7lb 2oz.
Falconer, who replaced This Morning presenter Holly Willoughby during her maternity leave, revealed the news to thousands of fans via Twitter.
She said she was “totally smitten” with the newborn.

The 35-year-old, who stood in for regular This Morning presenter Holly Willoughby during her maternity leave, said she was “totally smitten” with her newborn.
She wrote: “The wait was worth it. Our beautiful baby girl Ella Rose Midgley – we are totally smitten.”
This Morning host Phillip Schofield congratulated her live on air and Willoughby added: “How exciting – well done, that’s wonderful news.”
Falconer and actor James Midgley married last summer. She had been due to run the London Marathon earlier this year but dropped out because of her pregnancy and is expected to run next year.
