A MAN has died after falling from cliffs near a holiday camp.
The victim, who has not been named, is beleved to have been walking his dog near Eyemouth Holiday Park when he slipped and fell.
Paramedics were forced to absil down the cliff to reach the man, but were unable to save him.
The man, who is believed to be a resident of the holiday park, was promounced dead at the scene.
Police say there are no suspicious circumstances.
An RAF helicopter was scrambled to remove the body.
A police spokesman said: “Police were called to Weasel Loch near Fort Point, Eyemouth, around 10pm on Saturday, September 3, after concerns were raised over the safety of a 58-year-old man who had gone missing in the area.
