Brave divers from Deep Sea World in North Queensferry will enjoy a coffee and cake underwater – as sharks and giant stingrays loom in the background.
The daredevil divers will enjoy a cuppa at a picnic table in the aquarium’s giant 4.5 million litre Underwater Safari display, surrounded by three-metre-long sand tiger sharks, giant stingrays and the occasional starfish.
The unusual coffee break will be held in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support, who are hoping to raise 8.5m from their World’s Biggest Coffee Morning – a record-breaking total for the 21-year-old event.
