A MAN has been arrested and charged in connection with the death of a man found in a garden.
The body of Jim Tierney, 27, was found with multiple stab wounds in a garden in West Lothian in the early hours of Saturday.
Police discovered the body of Mr Tierney after they were called to a disturbance at Letham Place, in the Pumpherston area of Livingston.
A 22-year-old is expected to appear at Livingston Sheriff Court tomorrow (Mon).
A woman who was detained following the incident has been released.
