Two Hunted After Perth Flat Stabbing

A 31-year-old man was treated in hospital after being stabbed during an attack by two men in Perth.

Detectives investigating the incident said happened at a block of flats in the town’s Rannoch Road last night (Tues).

The victim was in the stairwell when approached by the two men started talking to him before repeatedly punching him in the face and then stabbing him.

He was taken by ambulance to Dundee’s Ninewells Hospital and released after treatment.

One of the men responsible was described as being around 25 years old, 6ft 1 to 6ft 2 in height, of thin build, with dark skin, and unshaven.  He was wearing a dark coloured top with the hood up and dark coloured bottoms.

The second man wa believed to be 5ft 5 to 5ft 11 in height, and he was wearing a white top with blue stripes on the sleeves and chest, and dark coloured trousers.

They ran off across Marlee Road towards the rear of the Rannoch Road shops after the incident.
