A CHEEKY boffin has come up with a method of measuring how much sinning goes on behind closed doors.
Professor Richard Wiseman devised a survey based on the Seven Deadly Sins to discover what the most popular sin is and discover whether Scots are becoming more sinful.
And a secret online poll will reveal which sections of the country are the worst offenders.
Professor Wiseman posed with a sinner yesterday at the Prestonfield House Hotel in Edinburgh to launch the survey, the results of which will be revealed at next month’s International Science Festival.
The University of Hertfordshire psychologist said: “Being able to control our emotional urges is an important attribute and it will be interesting to see what types of people can and cannot resist temptation.”
