POLICE are hunting for a group of thieves who stole 42 buckets of animal slurry from a farm.
The sheep and cattle feed was pinched from Stewartston Farm near Pitlochry, Perthshire sometime between 2.20pm on Friday and 3pm on Saturday.
Tayside police have admitted the theft is “unusual” and reeks of opportunism.
They have appealed for any witnesses who saw anything or know where the slurry is to come forward.
