A SEXY Scots gym instructor has been voted the world’s most beautiful teenager.
Emma McInnes, 17, scooped the Miss Teen Galaxy crown in Florida after wowing the judges in gruelling week-long contest.
The Fifer jetted home last night with her new title after a lavish ceremony on Saturday night.
Emma broke the news to her friends over Facebook with the message: “I am now Miss Teen International!”
“Still in a daze”
She went on to say: “This is amazing and it’s only the start. Thanks everyone for your support. It wouldn’t have been possible without you all.
“I am so happy. Can you believe it? I’m still in a daze.”
But it’s not the first taste of fame for the stunning teen as she competed in Teen Model UK last year.
Despite her best efforts, Emma came second to a girl who had previously been Miss Teen World.
Working at the Hilton in Dundee as a fitness instructor, she teaches aerobics, salsa, spinning and step, giving her the chance to keep in shape as well.
Bullied
Although she has succeeded in her dream to wear the crown, life hasn’t always been so easy for the brunette, who lives in Cupar.
When she was at Madras College in St Andrews she was bullied by other pupils for her olive skin.
Although the beauty was born with pale skin and both her parents are white, Emma tans easily and often has an olive complexion.
It was this that the bullies focused on, calling her a ‘black bitch’ amongst other things.
Stunning beauty
But after three years of taunts and threats Emma was moved to Bell Baxter College in her hometown of Cupar.
She has now blossomed into a stunning beauty who is proving that Scotland has what it takes to be a beauty queen.
