Shocking moment angry Scots driver PUNCHES fellow motorist’s wing mirror while on motorway

THIS is the shocking moment that a fuming Scotsman takes his early morning road rage out on the wing mirror of a fellow driver.

The driver, in a Land Rover towing a trailer, was spotted lambasting another motorist in the adjacent lane as traffic slowed on the A90 towards Edinburgh yesterday.

Whilst the cars continued to move sluggishly the man could be seen leaning almost fully out of his window and gesturing his disgust at the BMW driver on his right.

Unsatisfied at the lack of a response from the person behind the wheel of the German manufactured motor, the Land Rover driver incredibly lashed out, punching the wing mirror.

The video shows the angry driver gesticulating throughout, even leaning his head out of the window with no due care or attention to other road users.

Clearly aware that he must cut off using the A9 slip road to head towards the Kincardine Bridge and Inverkeithing, the man furiously shakes his fist trying to engage the uninterested motorist.

While the BMW continues to keep to the correct lane, the Land Rover begins drifting over to the white line which segregates the two lanes of traffic.

The man continues to offer his views through his open window before lining up his glancing blow to the wing mirror like a jouster on horseback.

He then swings back into the left lane before driving off down the dual carriageway leaving the anonymous cameraman in fits of laughter.

The video was shared to social media yesterday with the caption: “Wee bit of road rage to start the day.”

The clip received over 1,500 likes with hundreds of comments from social media users who were left in fits of laughter.

Andy Steele said: “Oh big hard man.”

Martin Williams replied: “Love the way he drives off afterwards.”

Paul Hickman commented: “Big man, slap the mirror and run.”

Alan Stevens joked: “I saw this, The BMW driver indicated and the farmer just froze out of shock, he’s never seen that before.”
