Whilst attending a Gala Dinner hosted by Boycie and Marlene, chaos ensues upon the arrival of Del Boy, Rodney and Uncle Albert.
Only Fools and 3 Courses is, you guessed it, an Only Fools and Horses inspired comedy dinner and live action event. Whilst you work your way through a 3 course meal the actors perform sketches from the TV show and interact with you between courses. You’ll meet Boycie, Marlene, Del Boy, Rodney, Uncle Albert, Trigger and Raquel, and you may even feature as a character yourself.
All of the actors are talented and convincing but the star of the show is undoubtedly DENNY HODGE as Del Boy; so much so that we didn’t even notice he played both Del Boy and Uncle Albert; he manages to look and sound just like both characters, commanding typical scenes from the show such as Del Boy peddling his wares and Uncle Albert telling of his war stories.
In true Only Fools style, a Ruby Murray (curry) is included in the price. A limited choice of 3 courses is available. Drinks are not included. The food is cooked fresh, tastes enjoyable and full of flavour with the presentation typical of an Indian restaurant. Service is very warm and friendly and the restaurant and production team have worked well together for the show and meal to run seamlessly.
Comedy Dining run several events of a similar format with a take on hit British TV shows; suited best to the Fawlty Towers experience, but you’ll enjoy the actors and entertainment at Only Fools and 3 Courses, albeit for quite a hefty price tag – especially after you’ve bought a dodgy wrist watch from Del Boy.
